Teen Advisory Board

Are you interested in impacting library purchases, programs, and your community? Are you looking for community service hours? Teen Advisory Board might be just the group for you! TAB meets monthly (check the event calendar for exact dates) to discuss books and movies for purchase, library programming, and ideas for projects to improve the community. To get involved fill out this form and attend meetings!

 Teen Survey - Please take our Teen Survey so we can best serve the teens of Pawtucket! The survey will take just a few minutes to complete. You can fill out the survey in-person and online via Google Form. Once you've filled out the survey, stop in the Teen Center to receive your coupon for a free Jr. Frosty!







March Movie Night fixed - Copy
Monthly Movie Nights in the Teen Center!

New Releases and classic favorites on the screen in the Teen Center. Snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Check the Library's Calendar for details. 

March Movie Night - Join us Thursday March 28 at 5 pm for Movie Night. Vote between The Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes and The Marvels at 5 pm, and the winning movie will play immediately following. Closed Captioning will be enabled for accessibility. We will have popcorn and water, and you can bring your own snacks if you'd like.




Anime and Manga Club - Copy (2)
Anime & Manga Club! - The next meeting will be Wednesday March 6 at 6 pm. We will be having snacks, introducing ourselves, and watching Steamboy! Closed Captioning will be enabled for accessibility. Anyone who wants to join but can't make it that day should contact the Teen Librarian.








Time Capsule - Copy
Make Your Own Time Capsule - In honor of Leap Day, join us Thursday February 29 from 5-8 pm to make your own time capsule! Decorate a container for yourself or share it with friends. Put items in the container to remind you of this time in your life, like ticket stubs, magazine pages, or you can write a letter to your future self. Open the container at a later date (maybe next leap year) to be reminded of your life back then.






Galaxy Jars
Galaxy Jars - Drop in March 13 anytime from 3-8 pm to make your own Galaxy Jar! Some jars will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Please wear clothes you dont mind staining!
